Nothing is working

Nothing is working anymore. App was not downloaded through Google Play and even have Android Lost handler installed.

And here is my standard mail answer:

Yeah - the app is not bullet proof
 
There can be many reasons why the app does not respond instantly to
commands:
 
* the phone is turned off
* the phone is out of power
* the phone is in flight mode
* the phone is on WIFI behind a restrictive firewall
* you SIM card has been removed from the phone
* you account has been removed from the phone
* the app has been removed
* a factory reset has been performed
 
If you still have access to your phone:
 
* start the app and click menu->troubleshooter. This should detect the most
common problems.
 
If you have lost your phone here is some things you can do to check the
phone:
 
* Make a call to it. If it goes to voicemail at once it means that the
phone is off or the SIM card has been removed.
* If it rings it means that you SIM card is still inserted and the phone
has power. In this case you can try to control it by SMS - but the SMS'es
will appear on android versions > 4.4 KitKat.
 
There is not much to do but wait and hope. In case you have forgot it
somewhere and it ran out of power someone will eventually find the phone
and charge it. And as soon as the phone is restarted and online it will
check for commands at the server.
