Does "Sound record" feature works on 13?

nothing works outside the app any more you need to have android lost open. Main dev jumped ship and letf us with nothing. He came back to set up this forum and abandon it to the bots. He blames it all on google and their policies but "where is my droid" gets a way with it? IDK, its sad, this was a good app.
