I see now all of this notification stuff. For example "Android is recording sound". I get we can disable these notification but is there a way remotely?

like to get your thoughts on camera and recorder not working on android one outside of the app. They seem to both work in the app, if if used in the app, they work outside the app for a short period. When they do not work I get logs errors.

Is there a way to change the name of the app Icon like before when it was called "Personal Notes".  I feel the Android Lost is too obvious. You are no longer through Google Play so I imagine this would be possible now? Thanks ! You do a great job.

Hello everyone,

the app suddenly stopped working on my device. Anyone has same prob?

I have been very busy the last couple of weeks, but my immediate plan is:

Step 1
* change the download QR code and link
* implement a version check in the app
* try to make an auto update feature (not sure if this is possible)

That way we kind of have a working version that should behave like on google play store.

Step 2
Next up I think I will add the things that google have forced me to remove like the SMS controls. I mean if your phone is lost or stolen you should still be able to track the location, start wifi or whatever you want.

Step 3 will be to fix up the web page. For instance there will be no need to show the features that does not work on your device, like take photo will not work on modern androids but still works fine on old ones. Boy I miss android 5 :-)
